Frequently asked
Do I need to buy stock first?
No. You only pay for what your customers order — for COD orders our cost is taken from the cash the courier collects.
Will my customer see Grain Handicraft prices?
No. The parcel goes out without our price tags, and the courier collects the price you entered for your customer.
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days. You'll see the tracking number as soon as it ships.
What if an order is returned or cancelled?
The order is closed and nothing is settled for it. Courier charges on returned parcels may apply — our team will confirm each case with you.
Who can join?
Anyone selling online in Pakistan — social sellers, online stores and marketplace sellers. Accounts are reviewed before ordering opens.
